Kadayif pastry

Kadaif, kadayif, kataifi, kadaifi, katayef or kataïf (Arabic: قطايف) is a pastry dough[verification needed] made from shredded filo strands, used in the cooking of many Middle Eastern desserts, including knafeh.[1][2]
