James Blair (born 1988 or 1989) is a United States political advisor and founder of Rapid Loop Consulting.[2] Since January 20, 2025, he has served as White House Deputy Chief of Staff for Legislative, Political and Public Affairs.[3]
Education
Blair graduated from Florida State University with a bachelor's degree in finance.[4]
Career
Blair advised Florida House Speaker Richard Corcoran until 2018.[5] He joined the Ron DeSantis campaign as an advisor during the 2018 Florida gubernatorial election and served as DeSantis' deputy chief of staff.[1] He was political director of the Donald Trump 2024 presidential campaign.[6] In November 2024, Trump announced Blair's appointment as deputy chief of staff for legislative, political and public affairs.[3]
