Forum Kochi is a shopping mall located in Maradu in the city of Kochi in Kerala, India. The Mall is promoted by one of the India's top builders and Real Estate Devolopers in Banglore, the Prestige Group. Spanning over 10 acres of land, the mall has a total built up area of 10,36,135 sq ft and total retail space of 6,39,606 sq ft.^[2]

The mall started its construction in April 2011.^[3][1] The mall opened for the public on 19 August 2023.^[4]

The mall have 7 Anchor Brands which consist of Lulu Hypermarket, PVR Luxe, Mark n Spencer, H&M, Fun city, Life style, Shoppers stop .
