In this Spanish name, the first or paternal surname is de los Santos and the second or maternal family name is Silva.

Alfredo Héctor de los Santos Silva (born 12 February 1956) is a Uruguayan footballer. He played in twenty-five matches for the Uruguay national football team from 1975 to 1983.[1][2] He was also part of Uruguay's squad for the 1975 Copa América tournament.[3] At a club level, he played for Nacional, River Plate, and Barcelona, among others.[4][5]
