Rudolphus Franciscus Marie Lubbers; tuntud kui Ruud Lubbers (7. mai 1939 Rotterdam – 14. veebruar 2018 Rotterdam) oli Hollandi poliitik ja diplomaat.

Lubbers oli alates 4. novembrist 1982 kuni 22. augustini 1994 Hollandi peaminister.
