Tamara Paranaguá do Carmo (born May 12, 2003), commonly known as Tamara Bolt, is a Brazilian professional footballer who plays as a forward for Dallas Trinity FC of the USL Super League, on loan from the Washington Spirit.
Club career
Internacional
Born in Salvador, Bolt played for EC Bahia's youth side before joining Internacional in September 2021.[1][2] She featured for the club at right back or winger for three seasons starting in 2022, making 88 appearances with 10 goals and 15 assists, and winning two Gauchão titles and one Ladies Cup .[1][3]
Washington Spirit
The Washington Spirit announced on January 9, 2025, that they had signed Bolt on a one-year deal with options to extend another two years.[4]
On February 7, the Spirit announced that Bolt and teammate Deborah Abiodun would be loaned for the year to USL Super League team Dallas Trinity FC for an undisclosed fee.[5]
Personal life
Bolt is nicknamed after the Jamaican champion sprinter Usain Bolt.[1]
