Gloat is a privately held company that developed an AI-powered talent marketplace designed to facilitate internal workforce mobility. The two-sided platform works to enhance internal mobility by matching employees to relevant projects, gigs, mentorships and full-time roles based on their interests, career ambitions, skills and experiences. Enterprises such as Unilever, Schneider Electric, Nestlé and Mastercard[2] use Gloat's technology to democratize career development, enhance workforce agility and prepare for future workforce demands.
