Sir Philip Anthony Hopkins (sündinud 31. detsembril 1937 Port Talbotis) on Oscari, Kuldgloobuse ja Emmy auhinnaga pärjatud Walesi filminäitleja.
Tema rollide hulka kuuluvad näiteks inimsööjast sarimõrvar Hannibal Lecter filmis "Voonakeste vaikimine" (1991) ning Anthony filmis "Isa" (2020), mõlema rolli eest pälvis ta parima meespeaosatäitja Oscari.
2006. aastal anti talle Cecil B. DeMille'i nimeline elutööauhind.
