Wikipedia is WP:NOTSCANDAL and WP:NOTNEWS. Per the WP:EVENT guideline, notability for this event is not supported by the sensational coverage. Per WP:EVENTCRIT, there appears to be no in-depth support for an effect and significant or widespread impact to support notability.   From my view, the article seems to have been created in good faith based on an initial burst of coverage that includes some national attention, and I edited the article to try to create a neutral version. In coverage I reviewed, I looked for indications of an effect with an impact as described in WP:EVENT but was unsuccessful, and given the WP:NOT and WP:BLP issues, deletion seems best.
