A request for clarification

Regarding the discussion under DeepSeek, I'd like to provide the following to facilitate discussions. (a) Following Emanuel’s blog post and the recent release of DeepSeek models, several events unfolded. To ensure the accuracy of the information presented, sources reporting on these phenomena, such as stock price fluctuations, are provided. (b) Initially, the fourth paragraph interpreted these phenomena as a butterfly effect and the original essay was posted under Chaos Theory. However, acknowledging the concerns raised, the related discussions were moved to talk pages. (c) Since the main argument revolves around the interpretation of these phenomena, the phrase “butterfly effect” has been replaced with “significant effect.” The revised version is now posted in the subsection titled “Impacts” under the DeepSeek article. If you find any inaccuracies in the provided references, please feel free to leave comments here. Alternatively, please feel free to email me bwshen762@gmail.com. Thanks very much! No, the "main argument" does not have to do with saying "significant" instead of "butterfly". Please familiarize yourself with WP:RS and WP:NOR. XOR'easter (talk) 04:03, 12 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks for your responses. The original article by Emanuel was provided. Links to two videos featuring the interview with the author are also included. Additionally, news articles that reported similar phenomena, such as stock price drops, are provided. Cross-examinations of these sources can help verify their reliability. Please let us know which source you find unreliable.
The list of the first four sources are included here (only names are provided):

Frankly, none of those sources look reliable. But more fundamentally, what you are trying to do is not acceptable on Wikipedia regardless of how good your sources are. Please familiarize yourself with WP:SYNTH, which is part of WP:NOR. XOR'easter (talk) 04:47, 12 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]
The title “The blogger who helped spark Nvidia’s $600 billion stock collapse” accurately describes the events. You can easily find the same information by searching online. If you prefer, we can retain the original article and any of the listed news articles that report on the same incident. Any suggestions? Bowen (talk) 04:53, 12 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]
I'm suggesting that you take the time to study the basic policies of Wikipedia, to which I have repeatedly pointed you, because this website is not the place to do what you are trying to do. XOR'easter (talk) 04:54, 12 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Could you please clarify this? Are you implying that none of the webpages, including the link to Emmanuel’s article, are eligible for inclusion in Wikipedia? (For instance, when a teacher points out an error, it’s more constructive to offer explanations rather than simply asking students to read the rules.) In this instance, please simply indicate whether the link to Emmanuel’s article is a reliable source.  Thanks very much! Bowen (talk) 04:59, 12 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]
I don't know how to be more clear than I already am. We wrote the rules so that we wouldn't have to explain things over and over and over again. Please read WP:RS, WP:V, WP:NPOV, and WP:NOR, with special emphasis on WP:SYNTH. And please stop commenting on this page. XOR'easter (talk) 05:00, 12 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]

What’s the inspiration for your username?

I really like your username. What was the inspiration for it?

I read your talk page, I’m sorry to read about your health issues but glad you’re still with us. Dw31415 (talk) 21:37, 17 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]

As I recall, it was a line-of-sight nickname — I was looking at something that happened to say "nor'easter" and thought of a silly pun. XOR'easter (talk) 21:43, 17 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]
