Rzayev Ramil Abil oglu (Azerbaijani: Rzayev Ramil Əbil oğlu) is an Azerbaijani diplomat, serving as the Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Indonesia.

In 1993-1997, he graduated from Baku State University's Faculty of International Relations with a bachelor's degree, and in 1997-1999, he graduated from Baku State University's Faculty of International Law with a master's degree. In 2001-2003, he graduated from the Faculty of International Relations of the Diplomatic Academy of the Russian Federation.[1]

In 2000-2004, the attaché of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, in 2004-2006, the third secretary of the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, in 2006, the third secretary of the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Russian Federation, in 2007-2009, the second secretary of the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, In 2009-2011, the second secretary of the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the United States of America, in 2011-2013, the first secretary of the Legal Assurance Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, in 2013-2017, the first secretary of the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Georgia, in 2018-2020, the first secretary of the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Republic of Kazakhstan, in 2020-2023, the State Protocol of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan worked as the head of the department. From 2023 to December 20, 2024, he was the head of the Department of Asian and Pacific Ocean Countries of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan.[1]

From December 20, 2024, he was appointed as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Republic of Indonesia.[2]

He is married with two children, and speaks English, Russian and Turkish.[1]
