The Journal of International Dispute Settlement is a peer reviewed quarterly academic journal covering international dispute resolution in a combination of theoretical and practical approaches. The journal was established in 2010 by Thomas Schultz from King's College London and the University of Geneva, who still serves as its Editor-in-Chief. It is published by Oxford University Press.[1] According to the Journal Citation Reports, the journal has a 2018 impact factor of 1.638, making it one of the most highly cited international law journals in the world.[2] It has published works from Balzan Prize recipient Pierre Lalive d'Epinay, International Court of Justice judge James Crawford (jurist), legendary arbitration practitioner Jan Paulsson, and most of the field's leading academics.
