Amme Bhagavathi is a 1987 Indian Malayalam film, directed by Sreekumaran Thampi, starring Shankar, Menaka, Sukumari and Jagathy Sreekumar. The musical score is by M. S. Viswanathan.[1] The film's plot is related to the famous Chottanikkara Bhagavathy Temple in Ernakulam district.[2]
Plot
Parvathy, a devotee of Goddess Durga, struggles to run her family. Goddess Durga comes in the form of Parvathy's daughter in order to teach a lesson to all those who trouble Parvathy.
