Hello, I had made some edits and corrections to the Jerry Rice biography, which included references to specific accomplishments, in particular one of his most significant records, most consecutive games with a reception (274), a mark which is so impressive that it may never be broken. I included appropriate sourcing for that record and for other accomplishments. However, ALL of my edits were reverted without any discussion. If I needed additional sourcing, I am happy to provide it. I spent a dozen years as a professional sportswriter and copy editor and enjoy punching up Wikipedia entries as a hobby. I was only wanting to draw attention to some of Rice's accomplishments that were overlooked, but I don't see why it was necessary to remove all of the edits that I made (most all of which correspond to proper AP Style), because there were no inaccuracies.
