The article Privokzalny (inhabited locality) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
Set index isn't necessary. None of the links have an article at all.
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Administrative divisions of Moscow Oblast
Hi Ezhiki, I hope you are doing fine. I understand that you are taking a break and rarely appear here, but I will leave this in hope you may want to react. As you probably know, last year Moscow Oblast eliminates all the districts, converting them into cities under oblast jurisdiction. This means a lost of oir articles need to be moved, and a lot more need to be updated. I postponed it, but I feel now the info is outdetad, and needs to updated somehow. I started by moving Taldomsky District into City under oblast jurisdiction of Taldom, which now needs to be updated first, and I will try to do it, but I feel that I might have insufficient understanding of all the details. So if you at some point would feel like taking it up (cleaning even one article would already very helpful, since I can then apply the pattern to other articles), you are by all means welcome to do it. I do not think we even have separate articles on cities of federal subject significance, so I do not even know what would be the best way to approach this.--Ymblanter (talk) 14:33, 24 May 2020 (UTC)
- Hi, Yaroslav! Good to see you around. You are right, I was taking a break, then got another job which does not afford me much time to be useful around here, then got another one which is very much the same. And by now my knowledge is so out of date, I don't know how useful it can really be any more (I used to keep copious notes of all the changes, but as you imagine that's terribly behind after nearly two years of neglect). Anyway, if I get a chance to look into Moscow Oblast specifically, I will (those are quite significant changes, which definitely need to be covered), but I cannot unfortunately make any promises. Whatever you can do in the meanwhile is better than doing nothing and is very much appreciated. Please forgive me. I do hope to ultimately come back in full force; I just have no idea when it might be. Hopefully before retirement :)—Ëzhiki (Igels Hérissonovich Ïzhakoff-Amursky) • (yo?); June 1, 2020; 03:20 (UTC)
- Thank you for the response. I will continue moving forward, and feel free to join any time as your circumstances allow you to do it.--Ymblanter (talk) 06:54, 1 June 2020 (UTC)
- Hopefully, I have fixed not Taldomsky District, Taldom, Severny, Moscow Oblast, Verbilki, and Zaprudnya. I will now move to other districts.--Ymblanter (talk) 18:18, 13 June 2020 (UTC)

User Валко and his original researches on the Bashkortostan topics
Hello, I need administrator's help in resolving the conflict over the topics related to Bashkortostan. Last few days there is edit war with user Валко participation on the pages Bashkortostan, History of Bashkortostan and Bashkir Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic. The main discussion is here.
At first, the essence of the conflict and a brief background. In March 2019 Russian Wikipedia's Arbitration Committee imposed for this user ban for any edits related to the establishment date of Bashkir ASSR. After user was indefinitely blocked in RuWiki in particular for his contribution on Bashkir/Bashkortostan topics. After his blocking in RuWiki user introduces his original researches in English Wikipedia.
User claims that Bashkir Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic was not Autonomous Republic before 1925. Based on this, user removes Autonomous word from articles and changed Bashkir ASSR to Bashkir Soviet Republic (1, 2). His typical practice - give a bunch of links, none of which confirms his theories. For example, on the talk page of Bashkortostan article user gave seven links, which allegedly say that Bashkir ASSR was not Autonomous Republic before 1925. But no one of this links does not contain this statement. Moreover, this links indicates that the Bashkir Republic was autonomous since it's foundation in 1919 (1, 2 - links shown by him). I think this is an example of disruptive behavior of this user and an attempt to mislead other users.
Of course, Bashkir ASSR had different variants of names at the time of it's foundation. Among them were Autonomous Bashkir Soviet Republic (ABSR), Bashkir Soviet Republic (BSR) and others. But, firstly, user ignores the fact that Bashkir ASSR was Autonomous Republic since it's establishment and for this reason he removes Autonomous word from articles. Secondly, the variant BASSR is the most recognizable and widespread, and no reason to replace it with others variants. Google Books search-test: "Bashkir Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic" (164 results), "Autonomous Bashkir Soviet Republic" (15 results), "Bashkir Soviet Republic" (BSR - ABSR = 29 - 15 = 14 results), "Autonomous Soviet Bashkir Republic" (9 results). User does not explain why from different variants of names (BASSR, ABSR, BSR, ASBR) he chose BSR. Obviously, he is confused by the presence of the word Autonomous in the name of Republic.
User also denies the fact that the BASSR was the first autonomous republic in RSFSR and removes this along with the source Great Soviet Encyclopedia. The GSE contains the following text: BASSR was the first autonomous Soviet republic in the RSFSR (Russian text: явилась первой автономной советской республикой в составе РСФСР). But Валко introduces original research that German Republic and Turkestan Republic founded earlier than Bashkir ASSR. But German Autonomy and Turkestan Republic were not autonomous republics on the time of their establishment, they became autonomous republics later. German Autonomy became autonomous republic only in 1923 (document by Soviet Govement). Turkestan Republic became autonomous republic in 1920 after approval of the Constitution on 9th Congress of Soviets of Turkestan. Great Russian Encyclopedia contains this information - Autonomous Republic since 1920 (Russian text: с 1920 – ТАССР). To prove his original research Валко brings the text from the GRE article where allegedly says that BASSR was second republic: В октябре 1918 в Поволжье возникло первое национально-государственное образование в РСФСР – Немцев Поволжья трудовая коммуна<...> В марте 1919 из южной части Уфимской губернии и северной части Оренбургской губернии организована вторая национальная автономия – т.н. малая Башкирская АССР.. But this fragment does not say that BASSR was a second Autonomous Republic.
Also user defends the idea that Bashkir ASSR was not established in 1919 (1, 2). But members of Russian Wikipedia's Arbitration Committee and mediators on Bashkir-Tatar topics found this theory false. 1919 year as a establishment date of BASSR is accepted in specialized scientific literature.
Probably, may be better if you find out opinion about this user, his original researches, his editing and discussion methods from Russian Wikipedia's administrators, mediators on Bashkir-Tatar topics and members of Arbitration Committee (Helgo13, La loi et la justice, Андрей Романенко, Vladimir Solovjev, Q-bit array).
If my request is difficult for you, I can find another administrator or mediator for this. Thank you. --Rg102 21:51, 27 May 2020 (UTC)
- It seems the problem is solved. Sorry, if I wasted your time. --Rg102 05:04, 1 June 2020 (UTC)
