Hi Ilovesport2006, could you please update the text regarding Serbia by adjusting the number of appearances and titles won? LEN considers Serbia as the successor of all previous results. The appearance in Belgrade will be the 32nd in a row. I’m also sending you how it was done in the example of the volleyball championship. Thank you in advance, and if there’s any other way I can get involved, please feel free to let me know. Best regards!Sportopedia (talk) 13:32, 23 October 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Hi, sorry for the late response. I was going to do it but I was doing other articles at the time. Thanks a lot for doing the updated edit. ILoveSport2006 (talk) 10:19, 27 October 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you for your quick response! It’s really important, especially for us journalists, and it helps a lot with clarity and accuracy of information.Sportopedia (talk) 15:18, 28 October 2025 (UTC)[reply]

2026 Men's European Water Polo Championship

I think that something you did may have made a mess of this article. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2026_Men%27s_European_Water_Polo_Championship

It's trying to transclude tables from: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2026_Men%27s_European_Water_Polo_Championship_Qualifiers

It's too much for me to handle. Misha Vargas (talk) 04:54, 27 October 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, there is no problem. You need to add <only include> (without the space) with a slash before the first arrow like this (</only include> without the space) at the end of the text/table you want to transclude. Otherwise, all the text from the first article will pop on the second one. Don't worry, I have made these mistakes as well. Thanks for trying improve both articles.
Sorry if I didn't explain the issue very well. ILoveSport2006 (talk) 10:35, 27 October 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Qualified Teams

Howdy. You've plenty of time between now & when the 2027 WJC opens, to add those tables, which you chose to add to the 2026 WJC. GoodDay (talk) 17:55, 31 December 2025 (UTC)[reply]

I'm posting here, so as not to bother the other editor at their talkpage. Again, you singled out one WJC edition. Why? GoodDay (talk) 18:06, 31 December 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Apologies

My apologies, if I came across is a bit heated. I'm pro-consistency, when it comes to related groups of articles, like the 1974 to 2026 (and counting) WJC articles. GoodDay (talk) 18:53, 31 December 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome to the 2026 WikiCup!

Happy New Year and Happy New WikiCup! The 2026 competition has just begun and all article creators, expanders, improvers and reviewers are welcome to take part. Even if you are a novice editor, we hope the WikiCup will give you a chance to improve your editing skills as you go. If you have already signed up, your submissions page can be found here. If you have not yet signed up, you can add your name here, and a bot will set up your submissions page within one day, ready for you to take part. Any questions on the scoring, rules or anything else should be directed to one of the judges, or posted to the WikiCup talk page.

For the 2026 WikiCup, the highest-ranking contestants will receive tournament points at the end of each round, and final rankings are decided by the number of tournament points each contestant has. This is the same scoring system that we had last year. If you're busy and can't sign up in January, don't worry: Signups are open throughout the year. To make things fairer for latecomers, the lowest-scoring contestants are no longer eliminated at the end of each round.

The first round will end on 26 February. The judges for the WikiCup this year are: Cwmhiraeth (talk · contribs · email), Epicgenius (talk · contribs · email), Frostly (talk · contribs · email), Guerillero (talk · contribs · email) and Lee Vilenski (talk · contribs · email). Serious?

Is this comment really needed? I don't care what i see, it needs to be sourced. I removed it again and if you can't find a source then it should not be added. Kante4 (talk) 08:27, 17 January 2026 (UTC)[reply]

I didn't mean it to come across in a bad way. All I am saying is I have watched every game and I have seen these specific sponsors/partners show up. ILoveSport2006 (talk) 09:09, 17 January 2026 (UTC)[reply]
