Summary

Description
English: Roger Lea MacBride (1929–1995) was an American lawyer, politician and television producer, best known for developing the Little House on the Prairie franchise and for running for president of the United States as the Libertarian Party nominee in the 1976 election. In this photo, MacBride tours the Prudhoe Bay Oil Field during his campaign. It would appear that MacBride and his young companion are looking on in awe at active operations occuring at that moment.
