A buddhist festival held over ten days each July/August which celebrates a remnant of Buddha's tooth that is kept in a temple in the town. The parade has different parts including whip crackers, over 40 elephants, dancers, jugglers and plate spinners and goes over about 3 hours. Really entertaining |
