Who are the "alumni (plural) who are notable according to WP:BIO or WP:MUSIC"? Neither Andy Baylock nor Rob Penders have articles in Wikipedia, so where are the "multiple non-trivial published works, whose sources are independent of the subject itself" establishing that they "are notable according to WP:BIO or WP:MUSIC"?
