1) Can you fix the bold formatting (three punctuation marks for bold text)? 2) Please remove sentence fragments in "History", end all sentences with a period (Before references), include a space after references, etc. 3) Please add citations to all individual sentences which are currently missing citations, such as those under Adoption and Usage and many under Features. 4) Please fix the capitalization of section titles to use title case. 5) Please add a citation for "often referred to simply as "HILO"".
