Prose needs work, by somebody who knows the intended meaning. Here's a humdrum example: At the end of the XIX century, in Kuznetsk was arrived from Zlatoust younger plumber D.T. Yaroslavtsev. His hobby in a new city became a local history. Perhaps this means At the end of the 19th century, the young plumber D.T. Yaroslavtsev arrived in Kuznetsk from Zlatoust. In Kuznetsk, local history became his hobby. But I'm having to do a lot of guesswork here, and the guesses may well be wrong. An encyclopedia mustn't be based on the guesswork of its contributors.
