Duplicate
I have noticed that there is one wikipedia article for "Frankia" and also a duplicate/different one for "Frankia_alni." I'm not an expert on Frankia, so there may actually be two different bacteria being described, but I that does not seem likely. Best wishes. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Freesodas (talk • contribs) 06:46, 8 March 2014 (UTC)

Tolerances
"Frankia tolerates a narrow range of temperatures and soil pH levels. It grows best at around 30 degrees Celsius with an environment pH between 6.5 and 7.[12]"
Given that soil temperatures in temperate climates are mostly lower than 30 degrees, often considerably lower, this seems somewhat somewhat implausible, at least as a general statement about the genus. Lavateraguy (talk) 19:45, 18 January 2022 (UTC)
