Osikov is a village and municipality in Bardejov District in the Prešov Region of north-east Slovakia.

In historical records the village was first mentioned in 1372.

The municipality lies at an altitude of 367 metres (1,204 ft)^[3] and covers an area of 13.87 km² (5.36 sq mi) (2024).^[4]

It has a population of 1028 people (31 December 2024).^[6]

In year 2021 was 989 people by ethnicity 986 as Slovak, 6 as Other, 5 as Rusyn, 4 as Not found out, 2 as German, 1 as Czech and 1 as Russian.
