No, it shouldn't. It is just because it is the first word of the phrase, and then the capitalization has been maintained in all its variants for uniformity. I cannot see a major difference between the two topics here (activity and people participating in it). One article would be best to cover this. Both terms have similar GScholar hits, so I am not sure which to chose - I'd lean to tifosi (activity), since it is a bit a broader concept (I just created an article on sports fandom, which I think is a broader concept that sports fan, which currently is just a redirect). • Merge: The two articles are mutually dependent - there's no reason for having two. I would go for Tifo. As the Tifosi lead says, "Tifosi is a group of supporters of a sports team, especially those that make up a tifo." You don't have tifosi without a tifo.
