→ If you are nominating article...

• Copy and paste {{subst:WikiProject Malaysia/Nominations/article|article=|reason=}} at the bottom of the articles section.
• After |article=, write down the article you want to nominate. Do not place anything that may obstruct the template like [[]].
• After |reason=, state that why this article should be nominated and become the collaboration of the month. False or incomplete statement (ex: This article is very nice!) may be removed.

→ If you are nominating images...

• Copy and paste {{subst:WikiProject Malaysia/Nominations/img|img=|reason=}} at the bottom of the images section.
• After |img=, write down the images you want to nominate. Do not place anything that may obstruct the template like [[]]. Please do not remove the file prefix. (Image: or File:)
• After |reason=, state that why this image should be nominated and become the collaboration of the month. False or incomplete statement (ex: This image is very nice!) may be removed.

→ If you are voting...

• Please assume good faith and don't harass others.
• You are required to voice out why the nominated should be promoted.
• If you think the nominated should not be promoted, add a comment about the problem of the nominated.
• Although mostly article chosen was using vote count, we still use conesus more than voting. See WP:VOTE.
