Use the same as a cookie template – {{subst:Munch}}. To use a different name to your user name, use {{subst:Munch|Name}}.
By default, the template uses they/them pronouns. You can change this using the |gender= parameter.
He/him
Add |gender=male – {{subst:munch|gender=male}}
She/her
Add |gender=female – {{subst:munch|gender=female}}
Linking to Template:Plate
If you wish to instead link to Template:Plate instead of Template:Cookie, set |plate=yes
