Would be nice to get it back to CHAZ (what it started as...who has the street sign that was hoisted up? that would be nice to have and kept safe somewhere for the city) anyway, it was rebranded CHOP when the media et al started to show up in real numbers. It's a shame. Gusbenz (talk) 16:33, 28 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
It seems like at least in Seattle, "CHOP" is what most of the locals refer to it as. I cannot speak for other places, though. When the news media here cover it, they call it the CHOP. Here is a recent example from KUOW, a local PBS radio affiliate link. Chairman Meow 22 (talk) 23:41, 30 October 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Infobox?
Why on Earth do we have an infobox on this self-declared "zone" which lasted for less than thirty days and was never regarded as a government by anybody but some of its participants? Orange Mike | Talk14:07, 6 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]
I disagree with the "government" part but the infobox needed because they did occupy the land and have there own security. JaxsonR (talk) 20:07, 7 August 2025 (UTC)[reply]
