Hey there! I'm Yonatan (or Jonathan if you're American and never seen names other than James or Emma), a longtime Wikipedia reader from Israel who finally decided to contribute instead of just lurking in the shadows.
I’ve always loved technology, military, aviation, space exploration and astronomy, experimental aircrafts, artificial intelligence, LEGO, and speedcubing (yes, I can solve a Rubik’s Cube faster than you can say "Wikipedia needs more sources"—actually, you'd probably need to say it at least 10 times before I finish (PB: 23.37s)).
In the past, I really loved taking aerial photographs with my DJI Mini 2, but recently, drone limitations have been imposed due to the Gaza war. See the gallery for some of my drone shots.
I also have a strong interest in Lockheed Martin, stealth bombers, jet fighters, and SpaceX's Starship—because why not love things that defy gravity?
What do I do here?
I try to improve articles, fix typos (because typos are a crime), organize and rephrase sections and paragraphs, and add valuable information and sources wherever I can.
Im also active on the 'pretty' side of Wikipedia, uploading images to Wikimedia Commons, editing images' captions and descriptions, adding images to articles, and creating new userboxes; beacuse who doesn't love userboxes?
I usually edit articles related to my hobbies; aviation, space, military, and topics connected to Israel or Jewish history and culture, but I do edit other articles too.
I’m a native Hebrew speaker and fluent in English, so I sometimes fix awkward wording and translations to make Wikipedia a better place.

Fun Facts
- I like AI, but don’t worry—I won’t let ChatGPT or Grok take over Wikipedia (yet).
- I'm a mountain biker, because speed shouldn’t be limited to Rubik's Cubes and fighter jets.
- I have excellent taste in music—if you disagree, just listen to Eminem, Frank Ocean, Lana Del Rey, Lil Wayne or Lady Gaga.
- If you ever get Rickrolled on Wikipedia, don’t blame me. Or maybe do.
- I'm addicted to watching movies and TV series, (I've watched a lot, many, too many). See Movies & TV series section for more info.
Music taste
My music taste has been developed for over 5 years I'd say, in my early years of listening to music, my taste was awful. But in recent years I've developed a love for almost every genre; I listen to classics (1900 - 2000), rap, hip-hop, pop, rock / metal, indie rock, and classical music. and many many more that I cant remember their names.
