I just want to clarify the tiebreaker criteria used since under FIBA rules, Batangas City, Zamboanga, and Biñan would be ranked in that order by head-to-head record. However, it appears that the league has always used the quotient system similar to the PBA, as supported by this 2019 SPIN.ph article and this 2024 MPBL Facebook post. Hence why in the league's September 29 standings post, Biñan is ahead of Zamboanga, because they have a higher quotient than Zambo. I did check all previous ties in the league that involved at least three teams, and they would all remain unaffected under this system, so it's all good there.
