This article was GA'd in 2007 [1] and was rather aggressively trimmed from its original GA state due to its creator and a very complicated arbcom case. While the original version did have NPOV issues and OR issues carving out large chunks of this article, particularly the reception, with little to replace it resulted in holes and insufficient broadness.
