Merge and move proposal

I propose moving ISD Rubika to Rubika (school) and to merge ISD Rubika with Supinfogame and Supinfocom. These are all one school with multiple campuses, but the campuses are not notable or distinct enough to have their own pages. Rubika appears to have centered around a unified label to describe all of the schools.
