I suggest that Eletroacre be merged to this article, as it has been tagged for notability for some time and as a subsidiary of this corporation would be adequately described here. --Wtshymanski (talk) 02:08, 1 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

@Wtshymanski: Good idea. It certainly solves the notability problem. I would go further and suggest that the other subsidiary companies' articles be similarly merged as they are mostly one liner stub articles. 86.186.169.144 (talk) 13:40, 1 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
