Ryo Nagamatsu (born 1982) is a Japanese composer of video game music employed by Nintendo from 2006[1] until his resignation in 2023. At the company, he composed soundtracks for such series as Mario, Mario Kart, and Super Smash Bros..[2] Nagamutsu resigned from the company in April 2023 to pursue a freelance career.[3]
