I took a look at Draft:Behbood Saving Certificates, since you have been editing there. I made a number of copy edits for Wikipedia format and style (primarily incorrect capitalization). You should read through MOS:UL and MOS:OL to get a better idea of when you should and shouldn't use a wikilink; you'll notice in the draft that I removed several wikilinks that you had added. The most important issues with that draft are the absence of independent sources and wording that reads like a promotion of the savings plan. Hope that helps!
