  • FWIW, I couldn't either, and my assessment was only re-affirmed after I asked about it at WT:NFCC. I just didn't want to remove the file again since that might just lead to it being re-added again. Anyway, I did post a {{Please see}} for the WT:NFCC discssion on the uploader's user talk page, but they never responded. In fairness to them, though, they haven't edited since then which explains why.
