Info box just says "9 hours" (whereas vancomycin says "Half-life : 4–11 hours (adults) 6-10 days (adults, impaired renal function)") - Does telavancin have a longer half-life than vancomycin, and is that good, or the reason for more toxicity ? - Rod57 (talk) 13:56, 6 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]
