In Special:Diff/1270568678/1270570289, I've replaced the {{Not a forum}} message with a message directing readers to contact Amazon customer service if they wish to send a message to Amazon. I've also added an editnotice at Template:Editnotices/Page/Talk:Amazon (company) with the same message that appears when a user begins to edit this page; the editnotice appears when editing the full page or using the new topic tool, but does not appear when using the reply tool.
