Link to a Ballotpedia article.
Usage
Provide the url path (after the first level) as the first parameter, and the name as the second parameter. Both parameters are optional, and will fall back to the article title as a default value.
Example: {{Ballotpedia|Chuck_Soderberg|Chuck Soderberg}} → Chuck Soderberg at Ballotpedia
