Trpišovice is a municipality and village in Havlíčkův Brod District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 200 inhabitants.
Trpišovice lies approximately 19 kilometres (12 mi) west of Havlíčkův Brod, 35 km (22 mi) north-west of Jihlava, and 81 km (50 mi) south-east of Prague.
