The Nusatenggara short-nosed fruit bat (Cynopterus nusatenggara) is a species of megabat within the family Pteropodidae found in Indonesia. It has three subspecies:

  • C. n. nusatenggara
  • C. n. sinagai
  • C. n. wetarensis
