Malčín is a municipality and village in Havlíčkův Brod District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 200 inhabitants.

Malčín lies approximately 12 kilometres (7 mi) north-west of Havlíčkův Brod, 34 km (21 mi) north of Jihlava, and 89 km (55 mi) south-east of Prague.
