Saint-Hélen (French pronunciation: [sɛ̃.t‿elɛ̃]; Breton: Sant-Haelen) is a commune in the Côtes-d'Armor département of Brittany in northwestern France.

Inhabitants of Saint-Hélen are called hélennais in French.
