Description
Norsk bokmål: eCall er et europeisk nødanropssystem som skal sikre hurtig bistand ved trafikkulykker. Ved ulykke skal kjøretøyet automatisk ringe opp alarmsentral, taleforbindelse opprettes og opplysninger om kjøretøyets posisjon med mer formidles til alarmsentralen. Det er også være mulig å utløse eCall manuelt ved å trykke på en SOS-knapp inne i bilen.
