Caitlin Robba (born 19 December 2001) is a Gibraltarian footballer who plays for Mons Calpe Gibraltar Wave the Gibraltar women's national team as a goalkeeper.
Club career
Robba began her career at the women's team of Lincoln Red Imps, playing with the boys' team at first.[citation needed] When she left Gibraltar to study at Loughborough University, she focussed on her futsal career, playing for the university team in the National Futsal Series.[1][2]
Upon her return to Gibraltar, she returned to playing 11-a-side football at club level, joining Mons Calpe Gibraltar Wave. She made her debut on 13 November 2024, in a 5–0 defeat to Lions Gibraltar.[3]
International career
Having previously represented Gibraltar in futsal, Robba made her debut for the national football side on 22 February 2024 against Liechtenstein.[4] She made her competitive debut in Gibraltar's maiden UEFA Women's Nations League campaign in 2025, with a 93rd-minute goal preventing a clean sheet in a 1–0 defeat to Moldova.[5]
Personal life
Caitlin Robba is the twin sister of fellow international Shania Robba, who plays as a forward for Linense FCB and studied with her at Loughborough University. She has also represented Gibraltar in netball as well as futsal.
