The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

The AI of those early chatbots was rudimentary if compared with modern AI, but it was same idea: emulating a human conversation as best as the code allows for. The point still stands. See WP:BLOG: the page format is irrelevant if the writer is noteworthy on his own right. As for the page, the "about" sections says that's basically what they do: "True to the tradition of public intellectual engagement, The Philosophical Salon is a place where contemporary thinkers can discuss today’s crucial issues. Edited by Michael Marder, The Philosophical Salon’s mission is to bring together leading intellectuals from across the world in a single forum where their reflections on things that matter to us all can be heard." As for D'Isa, the writer's description says "Francesco D'Isa (Florence, Italy, 1980), trained as a philosopher and visual artist. After his graphic novel "I." (Nottetempo, 2011), he has published novels such as "Anna" (effequ 2014), "Ultimo piano" (Imprimatur 2015), "La Stanza di Therese" (Tunué, 2017) and essays for Hoepli and Newton Compton. Publishing director of L'Indiscreto, he writes and draws for various magazines and his works have been exhibited in art galleries in Italy and abroad".
